For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $141,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $165,000/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
For Colorado-based employment: The target salary range is $119,000 - $139,000. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.

What You Will Do
- Manage Ecomm software development project activities for multiple projects across phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
- Work collaboratively with teams including development team, product, architect, and partner teams to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation.
- Create, manage, and track projects, including but not limited to project schedules, detailed project plans, project scope statements, resource plans, risks and issue logs, status reports for upper management.
- Tailor project management, development, and support [processes to meet the needs of individual projects.
- Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or a related field.
- Have 4+ years of technical program or project management experience driving project schedules from design to release., including understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies
- Have a CSM, PMP, or other relevant certification(s).
- Resilient in the face of ambiguity and changing requirements allowing you to shepherd work through to delivery.
- Have strong front-end development experience or understanding, full-stack is preferred.
- Have a strong understanding of product development and ownership.
- Understanding of go-to-market strategy and what it takes to get something out
- Self-starter, quick learner, and a high aptitude for finding answers.
- Be able to clearly communicate verbally and in written form with all levels of the organization - the focus here is on executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Be able to build and leverage relationships throughout VIZIO.
- Having moxie and business savvy in order to negotiate trade-offs to ensure the initiative's time-to-market is not compromised.
- Strong desire to be curious or open to continuously learning about VIZIO products.
- Being able to report on KPIs that clearly and accurately illustrate program health.
