Senior Technical Product Owner

Back Ground:

This person should Manage the development of new products and features and have a little SAP experience (Worked on any SAP Project), some Agile experience, and a little Solutioning/architecture experience for Technical Products like Web / Integration / Data Analyst / Infrastructure Project. While also being able to Communicate well and build good relationships with business leaders to consult with them on technology delivery.

Job Description (R&R) :

• Deep understanding & expertise of cloud-native platforms and tooling
• Expertise in enterprise architecture and ability to define and execute technical strategy across the enterprise.
• Experienced in new ways of working (including agile processes, cross-functional teaming, customer focus)
• Experienced with product development approach & continuous delivery practices.
• Partners with CIO and IT VPs to understand IT priorities and translate to Tech Platform strategy
• Assisting and advising the PO on critical technical decisions.
• Helping the POs to add and prioritize stories concerning technical debt or technical enablers for business features.
• Assisting with the product roadmap planning, ensuring complete visibility for both business and technical items.
• Supports teams on important technical decisions.
• Highlights and helps resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Helps with backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Thoroughly understand the client's needs, mainly from a technical perspective.
• Explain technical stuff to the client's stakeholders.
• Highlight dependencies and engineering complexity.
• Present/provide solutions to technical problems.
• Give realistic high-level estimates.
• collaborate with Solution Architects;
• develop a single technical backlog for all teams;
• create and manage architecture roadmap;
• guide architecture changes across multiple groups in a consistent way;

schedule technical spikes or architectural changes ahead of dependent functional commitments in the product roadmap.
