Key Responsibilities:
  • Full life cycle recruitment, partnering with IT business leaders to identify and meet talent acquisition needs.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic Talent Acquisition consultant.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies with a focus on building diverse talent pipelines ahead of demand.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates for organizational and technical fit, and guide effective hiring decisions.
  • Manage and facilitate the hiring process while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain strong candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members as needed.
  • Adapt style to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a change agent, driving recruitment programs at an appropriate pace and style.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate IT recruiting (agency-only experience will not be considered).

Technical Skills:

Required:
  • Proficiency with large Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Web sourcing and social media recruiting expertise

Preferred:
  • Experience with Workday ATS

Required:
  • Consultative and collaborative approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships
