Role Overview: As a Senior Technology Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will leverage your expertise in Java, J2EE, SpringBatch, SpringBoot, Microservices, and AWS to design, develop, and deploy robust solutions. Your role will also involve hands-on development, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor a team of 4 developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, J2EE, SpringBatch, SpringBoot, and Microservices.
- Architect and implement solutions on AWS, utilizing services such as Lambda, Containers, API Gateways, and Terraform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Technology Lead or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, SpringBatch, SpringBoot, and Microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience with AWS services, including Lambda, Containers, API Gateways, and Terraform.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing and AWS cloud architecture.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
