Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Test Automation Architect to join the IT Quality Assurance team within the Information Technology department.
The IT Quality Assurance team plays a pivotal and exciting role within the IT department, working on cutting edge research applications and critical patient care applications.
Team members work closely with researchers, doctors, and leaders within Roswell Park supporting Roswell's mission and vision through ensuring high quality technology solutions for our Researchers and Providers.

Summary:
- The Senior Test Automation Architect will lead the test automation strategy for all IT supported technology solutions including the applications that support Roswell Park's Research, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Enterprise applications. One of the key responsibilities of the Test Automation Architect is to lead the test automation strategy and develop the test automation framework for the organization.
- Working closely with the Automation Engineers and Quality Analysts, the test automation architect will create an environment of continuous improvement and develop a strategy of automation first. This role will provide hands on test automation leadership for the IT Quality Assurance team and manage the automation work priority across multiple products and teams.
- Experience creating and implementing test automation strategies.
- Experience developing, coding, and executing test case and test script frameworks using automated tools such as Rational Functional Tester, Selenium, Quick Test Pro (QTP)/ Unified Functional Tester (UFT).
- Experience developing and organization wide automation framework.
- Experience managing a team of automated testers and overseeing the test automation for large complex systems.
- Experience creating test reports, metrics, and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Software Development and testing concepts, performance testing tools and techniques, experience working within a SDLC such as waterfall or agile and experience driving projects to completion with minimal supervision.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience with Information Technology.
