Security Clearance:
- Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware, software, instrumentation, planning, and installation to support testing and evaluate the operations and performance of non-payload sensors, Autonomy and Vessel Control System, and Ashore and Host Platform Elements.
- Plan, execute, report, coordinate, review and administer test and evaluation efforts.
- Support Unmanned Operations Control (UOC) center and laboratory (Afloat and Ashore) data collection, performance characterization, and evaluations and report results.
- Conduct field application testing, deployment, software installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical analysis during and after installation.
- Develop and manage detailed test schedules of events.
- Conduct laboratory testing via testbeds and bench testing for hardware and software and report results.
- Draft and edit test plans (platform and system level), data collection plans, reports, briefing materials, procedures, training materials, descriptive manuals, guides, and other content as required.
- Assist with executing multi-day underway test events based on the approved test plan to include overseeing the capture of quality data across organizations.
- Monitor data during testing and collect trial data; maintain Test Log during underway testing.
- Draft and submit daily Situational Reports (SITREPS) during underway testing for review by the test director or designee.
- Provide data collection, analysis, and management to support verification, validation, and accreditation of unmanned and autonomous systems.
- Support procurement, installation, testing, and evaluating unmanned systems hardware, firmware, and software, including perception and navigation systems, Central Processing Unit (CPU), network switches, and communications equipment.
- Support program office Test and Evaluation planning, execution, and assessments using Modeling and Simulation (M&S).
- Participate in weekly meetings and draft meeting minutes as required.
- Assist with the development and briefing of Test Readiness Reviews and post-test deliverables, ensuring supporting organizations provide respective information (test objectives, test plans/procedures, data to be collected, support personnel for the test, etc.) to be included in briefing materials.
Experience Requirements:

5 years of experience documenting test observations and results in technical reports.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Managerial field.
