Description Apple Ads Engineering is a high performing organization that builds amazing products. Production support here is not a typical L1 or L2 team. We pride ourselves in detecting issues early on, and resolving them before our customers are impacted. This means that we need great tools, and great engineers to build them. The growth and success of our Ads business mean that we need innovative approaches to solve a range of interesting problems. - Become an expert in the world of advertising the Apple way - from the App Store to developer-facing advertising tools to our partner integrations - Recommend and bring to life improved tools and methodologies to support our customers - Leverage AI and automation to maximize efficiency and minimize manual work for the support team and the broader engineering organization - Integrate and contribute to Apple internal solutions from other parts of the company - Help shape our strategy around tooling and processes - Partner across teams including engineering, product, and business operations

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years development experience in building tools and automation
- Advanced experience in Java or Python
- Experience with common enterprise tools like Splunk and DataDog
- Experience working in a large scale software development organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for customer privacy
- Experience in mobile advertising
- Experience in a production support role
- Experience building AI-backed tools or projects
