Here's what makes this role stand out:
- Project Management: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing client communication, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets. Become a master of project execution and quality management.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Share your expertise and passion by guiding and training junior engineers. Help us build the next generation of transportation leaders.

- Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical prowess to lead the analysis, design, and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and reports for our valued clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in roadway design
- 3+ years of progressive project management experience
- Oklahoma Professional Engineering license (or the ability to become licensed in Oklahoma within 6 months)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in roadway and drainage design
- Experience with MicroStation and Geopak/Open Roads
