Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Senior Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-paced Treasury team. This individual will play a critical role in managing international banking activities, enhancing cash visibility, driving process automation, and building strong relationships with banks and business partners globally. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem-solver with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Technology & Systems
  • Administer the Kyriba Treasury Management System, ensuring accuracy, performance, and adoption across the team.
  • Lead efforts to drive automation and process simplification, improving overall efficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure centralized cash visibility.

Treasury Operations / Payments
  • Oversee payment processing, approval workflows, and settlement activities.
  • Ensure secure and efficient bank connectivity and support payment automation initiatives.
  • Monitor and support compliance with treasury-related controls and documentation.
  • Provide foreign exchange (FX) back-office support, including trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations.

Compliance & Controls
  • Support compliance with external regulations including KYC, AML, and international sanctions.
  • Maintain bank account documentation and support audit readiness.

Banking Management
  • Manage international bank account administration, including account openings, closures, and signer maintenance.
  • Support negotiation and maintenance of banking services and fee structures.
  • Administer signatory and user access controls across banking platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and financial vendors.

Insurance Support
  • Assist with annual insurance renewals, coordinating data collection and submissions.
  • Support insurance claims processing, including documentation, follow-up, and communication with internal teams and brokers.
  • Help maintain accurate insurance records and schedules in alignment with Treasury's risk management practices.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of Treasury or Corporate Finance experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Kyriba, JDE, and Ascend systems preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building and collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities.
