Senior Trial Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Attorney to join our plaintiff-focused law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation and insurance bad faith law and a proven track record of success in trial advocacy. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional legal research, writing, and courtroom skills who can handle complex cases and advocate effectively for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal guidance and representation in personal injury and insurance bad faith cases.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis using platforms like Westlaw.
• Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure seamless case management.
• Stay up to date on legal precedents, statutes, and emerging trends affecting personal injury and insurance litigation.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of litigation and trial experience with a strong track record in personal injury and insurance bad faith cases.
• Expertise in legal research and case strategy development.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills, with the ability to draft persuasive motions and arguments.
• Courtroom confidence with the ability to litigate effectively in high-stakes cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to case preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of legal representation.
