We're seeking a Senior UI Engineer who can transform complex design visions into elegant, high-performance web experiences. The ideal candidate will be a master of modern front-end technologies like React and Vue.js, with a proven track record of building responsive, accessible interfaces that users love.
This role demands both technical excellence and creative problem-solving skills, as you'll be instrumental in shaping our design systems while ensuring our products remain cutting-edge. Beyond coding expertise, you'll collaborate closely with designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences that set new standards.

Compensation
Th base pay will for this position is $190,000. A bonus will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.

- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional UI components.
- Implement pixel-perfect, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces adhering to web standards.
- Optimize web applications for performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on user interface design and implementation.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with expertise in frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and modern styling methodologies like Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for collaborating with UX designers.
- Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools like Lighthouse or Webpack.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and experience implementing WCAG-compliant interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in delivering high-quality UI.
