Join the YMCA of Greater Cincinnat as the new Senior Vice President of Youth & Adult Programs. This individual will be responsible to drive, enhance and grow the organization's overall strategy for youth and
adult programming. They will be accountable for the business lines of assigned programs, including School Age Child Care, Preschool, Aquatics and Youth Sports.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and overall delivery of youth and adult programming within the Association. Use equitable, inclusive approaches to align strategies, activities, goals, policy efforts and funding to deliver high quality programming and improving economic and social mobility in the Association.
- Direct the Association-wide leadership of youth and adult program enhancement and innovation to improve the overall quality of deliverables, grow program areas, and reach all populations. Use different methods to measure impact, sustainability, success of programs and make changes for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to enhance and grow program areas. Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the team.
- Lead, develop, implement, and manage program area budget, cultivating relationships with public and private funders to sustain programming.
- Lead the development of Place-Based Strategies with a deep knowledge of people, place, project plan and focus on three areas: strategic partnership alignment and lead new acquisitions.
- Provide leadership and direction to program leaders through coaching and by providing overall direction. Model relationship-building skills in all interactions with staff, volunteers, members and the community.
- Ensure fidelity and impact-focused results for children, youth and families.
- Ensure a strong culture of youth safety and protection.
- Serve as a key community liaison for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Extend influence beyond the project team and organization by creating commitment in furtherance of the mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least ten (10) years of professional work experience in the nonprofit or public sectors, preferably in senior or executive leadership.
- Knowledge and experience in leading operations (well-versed in diverse program areas), including staff supervision and development, membership practices, program development and implementation, volunteerism, facility and property management and financial practices.
- Diverse range of experiences in working with underserved populations, including inner-city youth, and in managing complex high-impact initiatives. Must understand the unique challenges faced by diverse communities and will leverage their experience to drive innovation, inclusivity, and strategic growth in program areas.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs or initiatives, including managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and resources to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Poised verbal and written communicator, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
- Proven ability to build genuine, reciprocal relationships with various community stakeholders at the doorstep and in the board room.
