Overview
The SVP, Audience Strategy at Alpha Labs will lead the charge in identifying and activating growth audiences across a connected consumer journey. This role will operate at the leading edge of new business pursuits and strategic innovation-uncovering white space opportunities and architecting breakthrough, data-driven audience solutions that differentiate Publicis Groupe in the market.
The SVP, Audience Strategy will partner across the broader company to spearhead groundbreaking AI-driven advertising solutions. This includes leading thinking on new business pitches and key client engagements to innovate never-been-done-before proprietary ideas. Collaborating with Groupe Solutions leads and business development teams to employ Publicis AI products and exclusive data tools.

Compensation Range: $176700 - $288,765 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. - Identify audience growth opportunities and whitespace using first- and third-party data, syndicated tools, and bespoke research
- Lead the development of strategic audience frameworks that inform ecosystem-wide communications and media planning
- Translate behavioral, attitudinal, and contextual data into actionable segmentation, targeting, and measurement strategies
- Partner with creative, media, and commerce teams to embed audience insights into end-to-end campaign planning
- Collaborate with CoreAI and data science teams to evolve audience intelligence tools and develop predictive planning models
- Work with new business teams to embed cutting-edge audience thinking into pitches, pursuits, and high-impact client engagements
- Act as a senior strategic voice with key clients, shaping narratives around personalization, addressability, and consumer behavior

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have:
- 10 years of deep industry experience with marketing & media agencies and/or client-side marketing organizations
- Expert understanding in marketing science, advertising effectiveness, media marketplace and ecosystem, ad-tech landscape, and ever emerging AI technologies
- Proven track record of driving innovation and cross-functional collaboration in the field of advertising, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience developing presentations and client narratives with executives and cross functional teams
