Seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead a national sales team and spearhead revenue growth for a fast-growing, industry leading, privately held manufacturer of high-end consumer durable goods! Seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead a national sales team and spearhead revenue growth for a fast-growing, industry leading, privately held manufacturer of high-end consumer durable goods! This leadership role will require you to shape strategy and expand market share in our dynamic growth-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $175-200k per year (OTE, approx. $300K per year)
- Performance bonus: Base 20% for meeting targets, with incentive %s for exceeding higher growth goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a VP of sales or senior sales leader with a track record of multi-channel sales growth (B2B, B2C).
- Strategic thinker with an ability to quickly learn industry dynamics and apply best practices to drive performance.
- Strong communicator and motivator, capable of leading a multi-regional sales team to success.
- Proven success in launching and scaling new products
- Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
