Senior Vice President of Sales - direct hire, full-time employee

Tampa, Florida area preferred - remote with travel

Seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead a national sales team and spearhead revenue growth for a fast-growing, industry leading, privately held manufacturer of high-end consumer durable goods! This leadership role will require you to shape strategy and expand market share in our dynamic growth-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Pay: $175-200k per year (OTE, approx. $300K per year)
  • Performance bonus: Base 20% for meeting targets, with incentive %s for exceeding higher growth goals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a VP of sales or senior sales leader with a track record of multi-channel sales growth (B2B, B2C).
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to quickly learn industry dynamics and apply best practices to drive performance.
  • Strong communicator and motivator, capable of leading a multi-regional sales team to success.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling new products
  • Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
