Job Duties:
  • Execute precise semiconductor wafer processing, including photolithography, etching, thin film deposition, and metal coating operations.
  • Manage and handle delicate semiconductor wafers and optoelectronic components with care.
  • Accurately document equipment operations, process conditions, and outcomes to track performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and support yield and throughput improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on developing and optimizing fabrication processes, equipment maintenance protocols, and new product integration.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspace adhering to strict safety and cleanliness standards.


Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Physics, Material Science, or closely related technical field; Bachelor's degree highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in semiconductor wafer processing, preferably involving fragile optoelectronic components.
  • Demonstrated expertise performing photolithography, metal deposition, etching, and thin-film processes consistently and independently.
  • Proficient in interpreting and executing detailed processing instructions and maintaining meticulous documentation.

Preferred Experience:
  • Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork abilities within multidisciplinary groups.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, emphasizing quality assurance and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to shifting priorities and dynamic work requirements.

Security Clearance:
  • Must be able to obtain US Secret clearance.

Compensation Details:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour plus overtime
