What You'll Do: As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Service Department. Your mission is to provide a premium customer experience by:

• Managing the flow of the Drive Lane and ensuring prompt, professional service
• Acting as a customer liaison, both in person and over the phone, to resolve concerns and provide support
• Building lasting relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service
• Ensuring service hours are efficiently booked and sold each day

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is:

• Experienced - Prior Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred
• Personable - Professional, courteous, and an excellent communicator
• Driven - Self-motivated and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy - CDK experience is a plus (but not required)
• Reliable - You have a clean driving record and are willing to undergo a background check
• Relationship-focused - You know how to earn and maintain customer trust
