Job Description

Join IGTS Mobile Surgery North America Team for driving Customer Service Marketing. In this role, you will be part of the NAM Mobile surgery Team responsible for driving Service product marketing, Go to Market Plan, Service Channel development, Service portfolio management and profitable Business Development. She/He will work very closely with NAM Sales, Marketing and IGTs CS Business Development Team.

Your role:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive channel strategies for existing and new Service product and portfolio launches and expansions, field upgrades and Customer Life cycle value additions. Work closely with NAM Sales and marketing teams to identify trends, customer needs and tailor strategies to local market needs.
  • Lead Value Proposition Creation, segmentation and positioning strategies. Create sales enablement materials including brochures, presentations and training to support commercial excellence.
  • Work closely with Cross-functional teams to ensure visibility and alignment between customer needs and product features. Lead KOL engagement and voice of the customer initiatives
  • Determines the relevance of this service portfolio for Philips, assessing the value of new service and technology developments and identifying new opportunities for Philips. Keeps abreast of market, competition, technical, application and societal developments in the domain, showing understanding of the Philips position and business interests.
  • Build a worldwide external network related to the service portfolio, and makes this knowledge applicable for the business, now and in the future. Represents Philips externally on related issues and orchestrates international platforms. Is consulted as a service marketing specialist and asked for projects to investigate feasibility of new businesses, applications concepts, and models.


You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 7+ years of experience in product/portfolio/service marketing, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Your skills include experience in a global matrix organization; experience in creation, development, and building portfolios; experience operationalizing portfolios in the market; business analytics and customer insight in the healthcare industry. You have a proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement.
  • You have a Bachelors degree.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're able to travel domestic and international as and when required.


How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $70,000 to $180,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
