Description

Are you ready to work with communications providers who are passionate and excited about the prospect of bringing advanced communications and broadband services to the most rural parts of the country? Our clients are focused on providing broadband to rural areas where broadband is needed the most. The primary locations are Charlotte, NC; Lubbock, TX; Wills Point, TX; and Nephi, Utah.

Key Responsibilities

• This position will support sales, regional delivery, and professional engineering functions with OSP services proposals, revenue forecasting, resource utilization, and tracking.
• The position will be responsible for forecast-to-plan management and the single point of contact for corporate functions.
• The ideal candidate will be able to establish a reliably accurate methodology for requirements planning, personnel utilization, and revenue planning and track achieved results in all phases of the OSP Business.

Qualifications & Education

• Oversee plans while working with peers and stakeholders across lines of business to ensure that a business architecture and roadmap are developed to address the needs and strategy of both business and technology related to Broadband /Fiber and Telecom.
• Experience working with multiple service delivery executives and Projects to drive resource planning and effective utilization of teams in multiple states.
• Sales funnel management and ability to work with a fast-paced organization.
• Business operations background, monthly closeout, project closeout, and knowledge of best practices for project kickoff.
• Experience supporting the finance office with budgeting, forecasting, and near-term revenue opportunities.
• Must possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized, self-starter, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or related equivalent experience is preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in the telecommunications services business is required.
