Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversees all aspects of customer service center service delivery teams and operations
Daily interaction with team leads to ensure objectives of the organization and customer service quality are maximized; experience conducting performance reviews of IT services
Ensure that selected security controls are implemented and operating as intended during all phases of the IS lifecycle
Ensures continuous improvement is a focus area
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and resolve complex issues
Lead the service desk team, promoting timely and effective service delivery, resolving complex issues, and guiding incident resolution
Identify and implement initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness, regularly optimizing IT service processes
Mentor and develop the IT service delivery team, fostering a positive and productive work environment and promoting continuous learning
Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, ensuring business continuity and data security
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Twelve (12) or more years in the field or related area; at least three (3) yeas of experience working in South Korea.
BA/BS in information technology or related discipline
Secret clearance

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
