Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Service Delivery Manager to join the team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!

Education Details: BS or Equivalent

Job Locations: St. Louis, Missouri (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of 3 projects to ensure they meet business requirements and are delivered on time
and within budget
Ensure the effective management of resources, handling project risks and ensure right set of
knowledgeable teams
Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that services are aligned with
business objectives
Develop and implement service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency
and effectiveness
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology to drive service
delivery improvements

Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service delivery with Insurance domain in LIFE area
Demonstrate expertise in managing and leading IT service delivery teams
Show proficiency in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and policies.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Display a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.

Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus

Salary:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
