We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Service Managers and government leads in the daily efforts of gathering, compiling, and coordinating documentation across multiple organizations. You will review important documents such as requirement documentation, playbooks, and implementation plan to ensure Air Force initiatives are effectively fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Managers and government leads with the coordination and documentation efforts involving multiple organizations.
- Review requirement documentation, playbooks, and implementation plans to ensure Air Force objectives are met.
- Support the creation, collection, and monitoring of metrics to ensure capabilities are performing within established standards.
- Assist in developing documentation and presentations related to the Service process.
- Provide technical engineering expertise to assist the Program Manager in contributing to Air Staff directed initiatives.
- Evaluate new network technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding their integration into the existing network.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and organizations.
- Technical expertise in network technologies and engineering principles.
- Experience in documentation review and development.
- Familiarity with Air Force processes and standards is a plus
Certifications Required:
CompTIA Security+
Clearance:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITCS Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
