The role includes ensuring customer experiences meet or exceed the manufacturer's satisfaction index, improving customer satisfaction, building relationships, fostering a positive work environment, and managing department assets.
- Proven history of leading a team to deliver a superior customer experience
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in service department operations and financial management
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Automotive Dealership Service Manager is required.
- Experience with CDK is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation
- The estimated annual earnings for this position are $132,000.00 - $200,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
- Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
