Responsibilities

The Service Manager oversees the efficient operation of the dealership's service department, focusing on customer satisfaction. They manage departmental productivity, costs, client retention, employee relations, sales goals, and service records. The role includes ensuring customer experiences meet or exceed the manufacturer's satisfaction index, improving customer satisfaction, building relationships, fostering a positive work environment, and managing department assets.
  • Proven history of leading a team to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in service department operations and financial management


Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Automotive Dealership Service Manager is required.
  • Experience with CDK is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation
  • The estimated annual earnings for this position are $132,000.00 - $200,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
  • Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
