The ServiceNow Business Analysts conducts organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing the organization's Service Management solutions
  • As the ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will engage in the design, testing and deployment of Service Management and Service Integration solutions within the ServiceNow Platform
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis during projects to deliver detailed requirements for developers, facilitating effective configuration and customization
  • Support the collection of core configuration requirements, translate these into design models and oversee the overall implementation process in partnership with developers
  • Document and capture customer and service provider requirements, develop solution approaches and manage the implementation process and developers
  • Design and conduct training programs and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist delivery teams in resolving issues and improving service delivery process in collaboration with developers
  • Identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions to address these issues
  • Manage epics, document user stories, and collaborate with the Platform Owner to prioritize the backlog and evaluate current processes to create solutions to meet needs, goals, and objectives of the business
  • Prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business needs, customer feedback, and technical considerations
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices to continuously improve the platform

  • Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts with project stakeholders, including clients and internal team members
  • Advanced analytical skills for assessing information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and breaking down complex information into detailed components
  • Skilled in facilitating requirement gathering workshops and delivering training to clients and internal team members
  • Proficiency with industry-recognized technologies to support work environments
  • Experience in effective communication across all organizational levels, including senior management
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paces environment
  • Demonstrated experience thinking outside of the box to provide creative solutions
  • Proven ability to be adaptable, agile and flexible to provide creative solutions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within Information Technology
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership/Management, Project Management, or other Agile-related role within a development team that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) or related domains
  • ServiceNow Certification Required
  • Familiarity with Scrum Methodology Required
  • Administrator Certification Required
  • Certified System Administrator Preferred
  • US Citizenship is Required
