Job Description
Must-Have
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Solution consultant/architect in ServiceNow working with Enterprise and Strategic Customer
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Ability to Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
- Conduct research to identify topics that resonate with the Customers and thereby develop solutions.
- Guide customers into deeper adoption of Professional and Enterprise Solutions, helping to reduce backlog and accelerating time to value.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of ServiceNow Product experience
- Experience in ServiceNow Solution Architecture, work with Sales/Solutions and OEM to jointly develop solutions and strategy
- Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends for the customer
- Collaborate with ISU/BG and ServiceNow delivery organization to drive the growth strategy for ISU/Account.
- Create solution collaterals, collaborate with relevant teams
