We are currently looking for ServiceNow Developers to join our Service Management team. This role involves responsibility for development and a strong background in design.
The ServiceNow Developer will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and improvement of applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications in the ServiceNow platform
Customize ServiceNow applications, facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules, and configure Application UI and Workflow.
Build integrations between ServiceNow, ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, CMDB, Discovery and other existing systems.
Apply both proven and innovative technology approaches to address challenging business problems.
Provide technical assessments, create written documentation, and offer technical expertise.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team.
Provide development effort estimates for planned work activities.
Deliver quality and consistent service to the customer.
Coach and develop junior developers on good design practices and development standards.
Identify sizing, estimates, development, testing, deployment, and knowledge transition processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Have the ability to obtain Reliability Clearance
Bilingualism French and English
Over 5 years of IT experience
More than 3 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in development, configuration, integration, Reports, Notifications, Events, Business rules, Catalog Items, and implementation with advanced platform knowledge
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification (an asset)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification (an asset)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, or equivalent education/work experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and/or migrations
Familiarity with web-based and scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, Web Services)
Experience integrating third-party software and APIs
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts
Strong leadership skills coupled with robust analytical abilities
Valid security clearance (Reliable or Secret)
