Description: As a ServiceNow HRSD developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in ServiceNow HRSD. Working closely with customers, business analysts and process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders. Primary Job Duties:
Development and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD 50%
Troubleshooting 30%
Technical design and solutioning 20% Required skills/Level of Experience: Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principals, and theories. Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Minimum 3 years experience + bachelors degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years experience; 6 years experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, 1+ years; or experience with any module in ServiceNow, 2+ years.
Experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories, 2+ years.
Experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation, 2+ years. Preferred skills:
ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, 2+ years.
Experience with building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST), 2+ years.
Experience with enterprise design thinking, 2+ years. PLEASE NOTE: All candidates require a Department of Homeland Security Clearance to work on this program. OTHER SKILL/REQUIREMENT
