Job Summary
As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst, you will work in a dynamic role to offer mentorship, support, and deliver standard processes across communications, adoption, training, and sustainment (CATS) activities.
Each day will look different; however, your main objective will be to prepare, empower, and equip clients and their employees to navigate the change which comes from new technologies and processes, and inevitably the new business challenges thereafter!
As an OCM Analyst you have a highly developed ability to empathize with organizations and people who are experiencing change. You are driven to understand the client environment and take pride in applying strategies and tools to help facilitate the people side of as optimally as the technical side.
The analyst will develop and implement change plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients and the ServiceNow platform. In practice, they will lead workshops, draft communications, plan training, and develop materials, such as presentations, handbooks, and media, for clients to use in supporting their employees as they absorb and adopt new ways of working.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

What you will do
- Design and lead Organization CM workshops to educate and guide the effort
- Deliver accurate and timely risk assessments to support project management decisions
- Provide advice and guidance on OCM to Engagement Managers and project teams to support their work efforts
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Excellence, Communications, etc. A combination of education and related experience will be considered.
- Prosci Certified or working towards a change designation (Required)!
- ITIL Foundations or Service Management experience (Preferred)
- ServiceNow platform certification or accreditation(s) (Preferred)
- Training or certifications in Agile and/or SCRUM methodologies (Asset)
- 3+ years in an Organizational CM role
- 2+ years with SaaS (Software as a Service) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system implementations from a change perspective
- Experience with a management consulting firm (preferred)
- Experience in delivering workshops and training sessions (preferred)
