Description and Requirements

We are considering remote candidates for this role. EST timezone preferred.

Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow Offerings Co-Development Manager, you will drive development of offerings and IP with ServiceNow and provide integration across all ServiceNow initiatives. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of ServiceNow, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management
  • Plan, execute, and oversee DWS ServiceNow offerings, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.


Stakeholder Coordination and Solutioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. This includes being the SME for industry deal solutioning.


Budget and Resource Management
  • Ensure cost control and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints.


Performance Metrics and Reporting
  • Establish KPIs to measure success and track progress against goals.
  • Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Own and drive business growth


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of managed services product development experience for a variety of enterprise-level customers.
  • 5+ years of managed services experience working for a Systems Integrator or Managed Services Provider.
  • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to influence at all levels of matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally.


The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $180k - $200k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
