The Project Manager works closely with technical teams, business analysts, and clients to meet project objectives and effectively utilize the ServiceNow platform.
You will leverage strong project management and delivery leadership skills to guide project teams in adopting agile methodologies and implementing solutions that meet our clients' objectives. This role demands a profound understanding of project management principles, agile frameworks, and a working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, along with a proven track record of driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong project management leadership by overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams in adopting Agile methodologies, facilitating agile ceremonies, and promoting collaboration and transparency to drive project progress and achieve business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage dependencies to optimize project delivery.
- Harness your expertise in ServiceNow to develop and implement robust project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team by identifying areas for optimization, implementing best practices, and driving innovation to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for project-related issues, providing guidance, support, and solutions to overcome challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications, to provide visibility and transparency into project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering ServiceNow projects and programs.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Platform.
- Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks, with certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) (required) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams, drive collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and issues.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding results and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
