Description:

ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead, providing support to our national laboratory customer in Livermore, CA. The department provides IT resources and expertise to mission organizations, enterprise, and operations to identify and understand current and future IT requirements through end-to-end solutions.

Tasks:
Ability to take functional requirements in the form of user stories and develop them into functional useable software on the servicenow platform
Consult on best practices, assess, and provide recommendations on process optimization, module design, user stories, testing.
Design and Implement modules as requested by NTESS within ServiceNow
Provide recommendations on optimizing the Service Desk and Employee Center.
Develop workflows within the ServiceNow Modules to ensure integration with ITIL and KCS processes.
Attend Implementation meetings.
Provide guidance on the application of ServiceNow best practices.
Provide guidance and documentation on configurability of ServiceNow.
Review and assist with converting operational reporting into the ServiceNow module.

Salary Range: $161,194.09 - $181,194.09

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years experience in servicenow or related field.

In lieu of a degree, an addition 6 years of experience is applicable for a total of 14 years experience.
