About the Opportunity
Ellucian is seeking a Services Offering & Portfolio Lead to join our newly formed Business Performance Management (BPM) team within the Chief Operating Officer organization. This strategic role is responsible for the design, management, and optimization of our service offerings portfolio-driving operational efficiency, aligning with corporate goals and OKRs, and enabling data-informed decision-making for our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and supporting our Go-To-Market (GTM) customer-facing offerings, managing the internal processes to ensure offerings are packaged and available to our Sales organization, and maintaining a comprehensive COO organization customer catalog.

Where You Will Make an Impact
Service Offering Strategy & Design
- Lead the design and packaging of a comprehensive, scalable service catalog across the COO organization
- Define offering scope, deliverables, and level of effort in alignment with Ellucian's strategic goals and customer needs
- Establish repeatable frameworks for catalog development and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure offerings clearly communicate value, pricing, and delivery models
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategic Alignment
- Assist in the development and implementation of GTM strategies for new and existing Service packages in partnership with business unit leadership ensuring customers receive exceptional value and experience. Ensure that Service offerings align with the organization's overall business goals and strategies.
Governance, Reporting & Performance Management
- Define governance processes to ensure offering consistency, quality, and lifecycle management
- Develop KPIs to evaluate the performance of offerings and GTM initiatives
- Provide insights through performance reporting and optimize offerings based on data and feedback
Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline service delivery operations
- Collaborate across teams to improve internal workflows related to offering creation, launch, and measurement
- Ensure services remain relevant and responsive to customer and market evolution
What You'll Bring
- 3 + years of proven experience in portfolio or product management, professional services, or operational strategy within a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong background in building and managing scalable service catalogs and GTM enablement
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- A data-driven approach to assessing performance and driving continuous improvement
- Experience navigating matrixed organizations with varied priorities and stakeholders
