Job Summary

This role, under the direction of the President - Services Business, is responsible for the Operations of the Services Business. The Service department focuses on startup, commissioning, after market services, service agreements and client upgrades. This effort would also include strategic, presales estimating and proposal development for business development of service agreements and outage support. This position also plays an integral role in identifying new service opportunities and maintaining profitability of the department.

Essential Functions:
  • Communicates and coordinates daily with President - Services Business on sales and operational department related issues.
  • Strategically plans Services business to support existing clients, new clients, and Solutions.
  • Supports Solutions and Digital Businesses as required.
  • Works to develop new business of parts, services, and contracts.
  • Proposal Development with supporting estimates.
  • Implements Service processes as "Best in Class Processes."
  • Creates a continuous learning path for employees.
  • Manages service utilization for maintaining positive cash flow while ensuring employee morale is managed.
  • Manages contracts and client relationships for the life span of Stellar Energy installations.
  • Forecasts and plans for client agreements, outages, and startup events.
  • Aligns with strategic vendors to maintain and learning path for employees to prepare and deliver high quality of service for supplied systems and assets.
  • Cultivates and maintains productive working relationships ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with clients and customers alike.
  • Establishes and maintains a high level of business trust and confidence.
  • Ensures documentation for quality, tracking and safety are properly supported.
  • Identifies risks and liability associated with deficiencies which could impact solution and service business.
  • Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.

Work Environment

The position will be located in our Jacksonville, FL headquarters office building or Normandy Manufacturing Facility.

Physical Demands

The position requires the ability to travel.

Expected Hours of Work

Overtime may be necessary as workload dictates. This may include weekdays, weekends, or holidays.

Travel

This position requires flexibility to travel around the country and potentially overseas. Travel time is up to 40%.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or technical field.
  • 10 years of experience in parts, services, and logistics with a focus on long term planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent client relation skills, a strong understanding of business management, and strong motivational and leadership skills.


Preferred Education and Experience
  • MBA or 15+ years of experience in support industrial and / or energy vertical markets.
  • 5 Years experience in international experience.


Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the United States and have current passport. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
