With TeamHealth you can as we have an exciting new opportunity at Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights, Texas, to join us as facility medical director. We are seeking an experience hospitalist physician with current leadership experience overseeing this hospitalist program. Currently, this facility is a Level IV trauma designated hospital with 83 beds that offers an array of specialty services that are available to our clinicians for consults and other needs.
Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is staffed with 2 day time physicians from 6a-6p, and then we have a physician on-call from 6p-6a at night. We have 3 APC shifts from 8a-5p, 4p-12a, and 12a-8a that all APCs will rotate through. The facility is averaging 28-30 total admissions daily and the current EMR is EPIC.

Facility Description
The Emergency Department at Seton Medical Center Harker Heights (SMCHH) provides immediate access to life-saving support services, 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Designated as a Level IV Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center, the ED is staffed with board certified physicians and highly trained staff and nurses that provide exceptional critical-care services to our community.
