Job Overview:

• Highly skilled SevOne Application Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our SevOne environment. SevOne is a critical performance management tool in our infrastructure, monitoring network devices, servers, and applications

Job summary and Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background with the SevOne performance monitoring application, database management, server administration, programming, and some networking, with a specific focus on optimizing the SevOne deployment to ensure high availability and accurate performance metrics across our infrastructure.

Primary skills (100%) / experience:

• SevOne administrator
• Linux /server admin
• MariaDB/MySQL

How are the primary skills / experience applied?

• SevOne application management is the primary focus this includes ensuring the SevOne linux server cluster and MariaDB cluster are working properly as the application monitors the performance of our network.

Secondary skills (50%)/ experience:

• PHP
• Python
• SNMP
• JavaScript/REACT
• SOAP/REST

How are the secondary skills / experience applied?

• Resource will be required to create and maintain scripts, application widgest as well as interact with various API of different programs in order retrieve and insert data as well as automate processes.

Tertiary skills / experience:

• ZenD framework
• Basic Networking
• Ansible

• Visio

How are the tertiary skills / experience applied?

• Network application performance involves the need to understand networking in a basic way and interact with various departments in order to create the best performance monitoring and alarming solutions.
