  • Able to talk and walk through a proposed solution design
  • Experience with managing Salesforce seasonal releases/updates
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, VF Pages, SOQL, SOSL, REST, SOAP), HTML 5, CSS, JS, and jQuery.
  • Involvement in Requirement Analysis, Design Document, Build, and Unit Testing.
  • Worked in Sales and Service Cloud and built case management applications.
  • Worked extensively on various customization requirements.
  • Worked on customizing functionalities like web to case, articles, knowledge, and reports.
  • Complete ownership of the Salesforce Lightning customization end-to-end for all customization requirements.
  • Good Knowledge of SQL and Testing.
  • Build configuration items like Workflows, Validations, profiles, layout designs, design and security settings, assignment rules, users/defining Role Hierarchy, defining Escalation rules, etc.
  • Good team player with excellent technical, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Coordination with the Client daily to discuss requirements & deliverables.
  • Coordination with the Onshore and Offshore team.
  • Implementation of real-time web service callouts (REST).
  • Good exposure to projects from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.
  • Experienced in Lightning, Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers Integration, Visual force, Force.com API.
  • Experience with Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Scheduler, Batch Apex, Apex Class & Apex Web Service, and Visual Force Pages.
  • Involved in Workflow & Approvals, Reports, Custom Objects and Tabs, Security & Custom Applications, and Sandbox data loading.
  • Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, pick lists, role-based page layouts, Process builders, Flow, Triggers, Validation rules Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, custom Tabs, custom reports, Visualforce Pages, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.
  • Strong Experience in different software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall model).
