Job Description Scope: BACKGROUND
The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC), Department of Technology (DTS) Information Technology Security Office (ITSO) provides IT security support services to court units (courts) and National Program Offices (NPOs) within the Federal Judiciary (Judiciary) and manages the Judiciary Information Technology Security Program (Program) in collaboration with local court units and NPOs. Court units primarily consist of Federal Appellate Courts, District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, Probation Offices, and Pretrial Services Offices located across the United States and the U.S. Territories.
ITSO provides court units and NPOs with services and support to assist with building and evolving their IT security programs. Identifying and managing IT security risks is an integral part of each security program. ITSO's goal is to ensure that court units and NPOs have the information necessary to make risk-based decisions with regard to the information systems supporting their mission and business functions. The Strategic Communications group (StratComms) provides numerous communications-related services on ITSO matters. Strat Comms works to ensure messaging from ITSO to both the AO and the judiciary at large is consistent and best reflects ITSO requirements and guidance on security-related matters.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The purpose of this requirement is to provide contract support to federally managed programs and provide strategic communications support services to ITSO and the judiciary. This work includes facilitating ITSO reporting; developing presentations, newsletter articles, and other publications on security-related topics; editing best practice and risk analysis documentation; responding to queries addressed to the ITSO mailbox from court units and national program offices; developing graphics for presentations, web deliverables, and other marketing content; developing and maintaining the ITSO SharePoint Online presence; and establishing and maintaining guidelines and templates for consistent and appropriate communication methods and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications
7 years of SharePoint development, administration, and management
5 years of Knowledge Management experience
5 years of experience with migrating from SharePoint 2013 to SPO
5 years of experience with developing and documenting process workflows
5 years of experience editing technical writing products
5 years of experience communicating to diverse audiences (written and verbally)
5 years of experience providing written documentation of processes.
