RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform lead activities with the Development and Deployment of the SharePoint Application.
Lead SharePoint Administration, Security, Integration and System Connectivity.
Perform Troubleshooting and End User Support Activities.
Administer SharePoint Governance and Compliance.
Create, develop, administer and update Reporting and Analytics Standards.
Lead Business Process Automation and Workflow development.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform other related duties to fulfill the goals and objectives of the Digital Services Unit. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting where needed within the team/unit which may include special assignments.
Attend staff meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as scheduled)
Prepare/attend one-on-ones (weekly or bi-weekly)
Attend Vendor Management or User Group meetings (monthly)
Attend relevant committee and stakeholder meetings (as needed)
Maintain knowledge in current and emerging technologies (ongoing)
Provide assistance/backup for meeting management/support (as needed)
Attend training classes as needed and complete all team training requirements

OVERVIEW
The Information Technology office is accepting applications for a Senior Application Development Analyst to join the Digital Services unit. The Digital Services is the unit responsible for the design, development and support for the JCC Virtual Customer Services Center Intelligent Chat, Voice to Text Translation Application, Digitization of Court Records and implementation of SharePoint to various program areas.
The Senior Application Development Analyst will design, develop and maintain SharePoint based solutions to enhance collaboration, document management, and business processes. This role will be responsible for customizing SharePoint Online, developing workflows, integrating with enterprise applications and optimizing system performance.
Key responsibilities include leading SharePoint migrations, developing and maintaining new sites, and reducing reliance on external contractors by enhancing in-house capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development, workflow automation, and system integration to support business needs effectively.
