Responsibilities

• Integrate COTS solutions into end-to-end systems of systems derived from defined requirements documentation
• Support and deploy GOTS SIGINT systems and application tool sets
• Author statement of work (SOW) documents, Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Development, Test and Evaluation Plans, architecture diagrams, network diagrams, rack elevation diagrams, dataflow diagrams, wiring diagrams, as-built diagrams, and other pre- and post- acquisition support documents
• Support Life Cycle Support (LCS) services for operational capabilities, deployment of technical capabilities as part of small teams and providing remote tiered technical support to mission operators, analysts, and technical liaisons
• Must be willing to travel OCONUS for short term deployments

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years' experience as a System Engineer or in a similar type of capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
• This position requires a current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Desired Qualifications

• Systems engineering experience specifically in the areas of GOTS/COTS SIGINT application and/or capabilities, development, integration, testing, certification, deployment, and training.
• Experience authoring system engineering artifacts
• Self-starter requiring little daily oversight.
