As the Site Director, you will be entrusted with overseeing the comprehensive operations of Accupac's largest production hub located in Mainland, PA. Your role encompasses the management of Manufacturing & Compounding, Packaging, Warehouses, Maintenance, Engineering, Cleaning, and Sanitization activities.

Advanced degree from a reputable university, preferably in engineering, supplemented by ten or more years of relevant industry experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Foster and uphold a culture of safety, prioritizing accident prevention and maintaining compliance with cGMP's and Federal Regulations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols in alignment with OSHA and EPA standards, collaborating with internal safety committees and external consultants.
- Lead and empower a diverse team of approximately 500 associates, encompassing both permanent staff and contract labor, across multiple packaging lines and manufacturing suites.
- Provide oversight for quality assurance and quality control systems, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing batch throughput, equipment efficiency, and labor productivity through root-cause analysis and strategic interventions.
- Strategically manage multi-shift operations, balancing operational demands with financial targets and resource allocation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to optimize equipment design, fire prevention measures, and safety protocols.
- Spearhead new product launches, ensuring seamless integration within production processes and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate customer visits and audits, showcasing operational excellence and commitment to quality standards.
