What you will enjoy doing*
- You will be responsible for managing and controlling all project information, including documents and engineering data, related activities within a project, ensuring compliance with AWP methodology principles
- You will ensure the overall integrity of plant information (e.g., engineering numbering systems, materials, contractors, vendors, facilities, asset register) by implementing structured processes
- Also, you will support and coordinate with Contractors: Facilitate document and data management, enhancing the project's awareness regarding the importance of reliable project information, and strengthening the project team's adherence to contract requirements
- Further, you will understand and communicate contractual and information management (IM) requirements to all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they align with requirements for workface planning
- You will establish and execute project procedures for document and engineering data management, ensuring they are in line with AWP methodology
- Manage Project Deliverables: Oversee the identification, specification, collection, and handover of project documents and data deliverables
- You will handle data interfaces within the internal EPC applications cluster, data repositories, and external interfaces to partners and customers, ensuring smooth integration and alignment during contract execution
- Prepare and Deliver Reports, generate engineering data management reports such as Construction Key Quantities, Material Take-Offs (MTOs), Quantity Cost Matrix, and supplier document review status
- Monitor and Verify Man-Hour Consumption: Track man-hour consumption against completed deliverables and identify changes impacting the required budget, ensuring adherence to AWP methodology
What makes you great
- You have earned an Associates degree in Information Management, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science highly desirable and an added advantage
- You have 3+ years' experience with engineering and data/information workflow in an EPC environment
- Proficiency in Document Control IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures
- You possess a strong understanding of Electronic Document Management Systems (preferably Documentum), modern database and information system
- Familiarity with MS Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI), and SharePoint a plus
- Familiarity with applicable software for workface planning (O3 Solutions, iConstruct, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as effective analytical and problem-solving skills
