Site Logistics, Analytical and Integration Leader Essential Job Functions:
- Logistics & Supply Chain Optimization:
- Oversee facility logistics, including transportation, handling, and storage of products, ensuring cost efficiency and cost forecasting.
- Ensure efficient coordination between supply chain, maintenance, and operations.
- Integration & Contracts Management:
- Manage and improve site integration between Olin facilities and external partners, including contract negotiations.
- Develop and oversee contractual agreements, including site services, ground leases and financial obligations.
- Analytical Leadership:
- Implement best practices, division policies, and management systems for quality and laboratory management.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and policies, including development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance laboratory efficiency.
Site Logistics, Integration & Analytical Leader/Contract Manager Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree* in Engineering or Business-related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience; chemical industry preferred
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including team leadership and development
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
