We are currently seeking a Site Manager for our Dalton, Georgia facility. The Site Leader will be responsible for safety and operational performance; meeting established quality, productivity, and cost objectives while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance programs and leads training and compliance initiatives for the plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain the development of a zero injury and incident culture
  • Lead and improve safety in production area to promote engagement and instill a sense of urgency in correcting safety- related issues
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements minimizing the site's impact on the local community and the environment.
  • Ensure service levels and product quality meets customer expectations
  • Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations to meet demands of both external and internal customers.
  • Full responsibility for plant costs and site profitability
  • Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards and ensure objectives are established, documented, monitored, and reviewed.
  • Ensure non-conformities identified to quality programs are addressed and corrected.
  • Implement, support, and maintain quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, employee safety, preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure team is fully trained in, committed to, and conduct their activities in accordance with all aspects of Techmer PM Safety and Quality systems and requirements, working closely with EHS and Quality teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities in all aspects of the site operations
  • Develop and coach all site employees to meet goals, objectives and instill company's core values
  • Guide employees in the creation of individualized development plans which support employee growth and increase organizational capably
  • Develops the manufacturing plan and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer quality standards
  • Lead projects and support Techmer PM initiatives as assigned
  • Active participation in the Operations Leadership Team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Hands-on management experience with budgeting, quality assurance, and troubleshooting equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to materially improve business results and motivate employees
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Energetic, creative, self-directed manager with high level of integrity required
  • Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment

Salary Range: $125K-$175K
