Paragon is seeking a dynamic Project Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee operations across a facility in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients. What Youll Do:
Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensuring operational quality
Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment What You Bring:
US citizenship preferred
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Associates degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least five (5) years of security experience and 12+ months of supervisory experience
Must have or be able to obtain a PA ACT235 Armed Guard Card
Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working at a Client Energy facility is a plus
