Job Description:
- Responsible for treating a caseload primarily focused on voice, swallow, and cognition.
- Evaluate and provide treatment for approximately six patients per day, allocating 75-minute slots per patient.
- Adhere to facility's dress code: scrubs or business attire with a lab coat.
- Utilize the EPIC charting system for patient documentation and care management.
- Ensure compliance with the facility's nicotine-free policy, which includes completion of a drug screen.
- Participate in an outpatient care setting with a schedule of 08:30 to 17:00.
- Follow facility's cancellation policy, which allows for canceling one shift every two weeks.
- Navigate a care setting focused on post-acute care.
- Maintain certifications and licensure, adhering to state and professional standards.
