Job Description
Job Title: MRI Technologist

Job Specialty: Radiology - CT Tech

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Monday - Thursday, Days (4x10.0)

Guaranteed Hours:

Experience: Two (2) years

License: Any valid license accepted in the state of New York

Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)

Must-Have: GE Scanner Experience

Job Description:

- Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility.
- Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging.
- Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable.
- Insert IVs when necessary for the test.
- Document all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information.

Preferred:

- Certification through the ARRT or a similar organization (must be willing to obtain after starting).
- Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
