Job Title: Snowflake/Talend Admin (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake SQL solutions to support business needs.
Oversee the development and optimization of data models and pipelines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements.
Ensure data integrity and security across all systems and processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes.
Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices.
Support the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Drive the successful delivery of projects that enhance store operations and supply chain management

Qualifications:
Must have strong experience with Snowflake SQL.
Must have domain expertise in Store Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Should have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Should have experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
Should have a solid understanding of data security and compliance.
Should have the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Should have experience with performance tuning and optimization.
Should have the ability to stay updated with industry trends.
Should have experience with documentation and best practices.
Should have the ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Should have a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until May 4, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 - $156,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
