Position Summary MAG Aerospace is currently bidding on a contract to provide flight training support services for the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command (USASAOC) We are seeking highly qualified Enlisted Student Training Coordinatorto support USASOAC's 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (160th SOAR) and the Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion (SOATB). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to : * Coordinate training support requirements with SOATB leadership. The Contractor shall maintain Student databases, applicable reports, data mining, current and historical determinations of Student statuses as determined by debriefing results. * Prepare Enlisted Green Platoon projections in coordination with the SOATB S1 and disseminate such information as required. The Contractor shall prepare and manage the SOATB Follow-On Training projections and applicable roster(s). The Contractor shall brief this information to all students and disseminate to all applicable SOATB personnel. * Create applicable Army forms to ensure student pay and duty statuses are recorded correctly. The Contractor shall conduct out-processing for all students and liaison with gaining units to ensure sponsors are assigned. * Create, modify, and manage POIs for all students (officers and enlisted). * Coordinate with the SOATB S-3 to ensure Enlisted Green Platoon long-range training calendar is accurate. The Contractor shall perform quality control review of the Enlisted Green Platoon training schedules and the Alpha Company SOATB Master Calendar. * Compile, edit, and review student critiques for SOATB leadership review. * Perform daily operational tasks such as scheduling, drafting memorandums, sending calendar invitations, and coordinating weekly training meetings. The Contractor shall drive military vehicles as required. Requirements Minimum Requirements * Minimum of two years experience as a training coordinator or two years experience as an Army Aviation Operations Specialist (Army MOS 15P or another military branch equivalent) * General understanding of Army Special Operations Aviation training procedures, scheduling, and dispatching tactical aircraft missions, coordinating flight plans, maintaining flight logs and alerting crash crews. * SECRET Clearance Special Note The position is contingent upon candidate's ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements. Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
