Daily Responsibilities:
- Bank's Capital Markets is looking for a Social Media and Brand Content Consultant. This candidate will be a temp role for the Global Lead, Digital Channel Strategy and U.S. Head, Brand Content, and will be responsible for the strategy of global organic social media and branded content. This candidate will primarily work virtually but will be required to come into the office on occasion.
- This position supports the U.S. Brand Marketing department and as such contributes to the advancement of Bank's capabilities in developing client relationships, enhancing client knowledge and elevating the Bank's brand.
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it?
- Experience across Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel - used daily
- Experience in Sprinklr and Hearsay preferred - used daily
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- 7-10 years' experience in Social Media and Content Strategy, including copywriting
- Extensive experience with executing organic social strategy, especially LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube platforms
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to read, review, and simplify complex topics, as well as distill large amounts of information into concisely worded summaries, social media text, headings, and CTAs
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications is preferred
Interview:
- In-person and Webex; approximately 4 interviews.
