- Flu Vaccine (Required, No Exemptions)
- Two (2) Supervisor References
Job Description:
- The LCSW will function as a case manager within the specified unit.
- No on-call or weekend requirements.
- Acceptance of first-time practitioners.
- Remote work or telehealth services are not required or applicable.
- No requirement for a COVID-19 vaccine.
- RTO (Request Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application and cannot be modified afterward. RTO is preferred to be limited to 7 days per 13-week contract, with none during the first two weeks.
- If previously employed, a minimum of 1-year gap is required to return for a traveler assignment.
- Manager may not conduct an interview; applicants must be comfortable with this process.
- Completion of training modules is required before the start and during orientation, estimated at 12 hours.
- Orientation consists of 28 hours, half of which are non-billable.
