- Clinic operates 6 days a week with hours from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Be available for scheduling as needed, based on clinic needs and census.
- No scheduling requests or blocked schedules are accommodated.
- Cover one clinic with approximately 85 patients.
- Provide social work services in a post-acute care setting.
- Orientation hours not required.
- Charting system not applicable.
